Will any unused Rewards points transfer into the ALL ACCESS Rewards Program?
Any redeemable points will transfer over to ALL ACCESS as well as all of your Salon Information. The only action a salon would need to take is to create a new username and password for the new website.
I’m a new salon - when will I receive my points?
You will begin to receive rewards points after you have completed one month of $500 spend or higher. Initially, you will be placed into the "Outback Beach" rewards tier, but your account will be automatically reevaluated after one quarterly cycle of sales has been completed.
How often is my tier level evaluated?
Tiers are evaluated once per quarter. WHB and BDB are evaluated annually.
How often are points deposited?
Rewards points are deposited monthly on or about tHe 15th of the month.
Do my points expire?
Points expire on Dec 31st 2 years after they were awarded. If you earned points in 2024, any unused points from those purchases will expire on Dec 31, 2026. If a salon does not purchase on a quarterly basis, the account is locked out for safety.
What type of education can I receive as
my earned in-salon classes?
All salons that qualify for in-person education allowances will receive Look & Learn classes with the option for WHB and BDB salons to trade in 2 L & L for 1 Hands on Course.
How do I access CONNECT?
In 2026, the NEW KEVIN.MURPHY CONNECT App will be available free of charge to qualifying salons. Each member of the salon team would have access for themselves.
